Inspiration from the Greats!
I was gifted Daily Rituals for my birthday, a book by Mason Currey that documents the working habits and daily routines of great artists, writers, poets, and the like. It’s been fascinating to discover some of their secrets, like what hours they work best during, how much time is spent away from their work, and how much alcohol and coffee they required to get through the day. It makes me think about my daily habits and how they compare to these famous, talented individuals…how does yours compare?

Inaugural Coffee Shop Art Show
I am so excited to finally have some doodles on display at one of my long time favorite coffee shops, Frothy Monkey! Frothy Monkey was the first coffee shop I regularly studied in when I first got to Nashville and I remember always wondering how those artists got so lucky as to have their work hanging on their walls. I am so grateful to now be one of them!
